Marques entered the financial services industry in 2010 before founding his own firm, Pathways Retirement Advisors, in 2020. Committed to helping people become financially literate. Marques is licensed to offer both insurance and investment products. Pathways Retirement Advisors, is a firm dedicated to helping clients find confidence as they venture to and through retirement. Marques is recognized as a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder (NSSA).
Marques started North Texas Educational to be the educational wing of Pathways Retirement Advisors. True to his commitment to combat financial illiteracy, he wanted an outlet to help families in his communities with complex financial issues.
