Meet Marques Miles, your guide to crafting a retirement plan that truly feels right for you. Marques has a knack for making even the most complex financial topics crystal clear, and he genuinely enjoys finding solutions that perfectly align with your individual needs.
In a world full of financial choices, Marques thrives on helping you assemble all the right pieces of your unique financial puzzle. He’s here to help you filter out the distractions and focus on what you can influence, putting you in the strongest possible position to reach your financial goals. The biggest joy for Marques? Witnessing that wonderful “light bulb moment” when something clicks for a client, and they see how a concept can transform their financial picture.
Marques is proud to be a fiduciary (holding a Series 65 securities registration), which means you can trust that he’ll always put your best interests first. He’s also life insurance licensed across several states. Before dedicating himself to finance, Marques honorably served in the US Air Force and was awarded a combat medal during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His ultimate mission is to empower you with financial understanding and confidence.
Brooklyn Miles
Director of Marketing & Client Relations
Prior to joining Pathways Retirement Advisors, Brooklyn worked in the dental field and says it was surprisingly similar to the work she does today, as she works to build relationships and address client needs in any way possible. Brooklyn has been recognized for her communication and leadership skills and her ability to handle tough situations.
For our PRA team, Brooklyn works to get our message and services directly to you. She handles all marketing materials for our firm. She finds the best venues for our live events, and she greets every client that comes into the office, ready to help answer questions and assist with paperwork.
Brooklyn and Marques have been married for 10+ years and live in Frisco, Texas, where they’ve begun the journey of raising three young children, Roman, Taytum, and Mila.
When asked to share one piece of advice with the clients she serves, Brooklyn turns to one of her favorite quotes from business author and speaker Grant Cardone: “I suggest that you become obsessed about the things you want; otherwise, you are going to spend a lifetime being obsessed with making up excuses as to why you didn’t get the life you wanted.”
Laura Williams
Client Relations Coordinator
With a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions, Laura takes pride in creating positive, memorable client interactions that reflect her commitment to their satisfaction and success.
Laura studied at Middle Georgia College and Perimeter College at Georgia State University. She brings valuable skills to Pathways Retirement Advisors from her time in healthcare, including active listening, problem-solving and personalized care. Her experience drives her client-focused approach, helping them feel supported and confident throughout their financial journeys.
Laura enjoys hiking, camping and archery, and spends her time outdoors or volunteering through local food banks and Girl Scouts of the USA. Her close-knit family includes her husband, John; daughter, Elizabeth; and their dog, Taylor. Laura values hard work, integrity and helping others — principles she upholds both at home and at work.
Kayla Crawford
Client Relations & Marketing Specialist
Kayla recently joined Pathways Retirement Advisors as a Client Relations and Marketing Specialist, after spending a few years in the health care industry. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and ensuring clients’ needs are met with honesty and care. She also understands the importance of thorough communication and offering clients comfort and confidence.
At her core, Kayla considers herself a woman of God, and she is led by the desire to serve others, adding a personal touch to every interaction. She is dedicated to helping clients work toward a healthy and happy retirement.
Kayla graduated from Independence University with a degree in health care.
